Available exclusively to our 2 Bedroom Premier apartment is an enormous 43m2 sun-drenched north-west facing terrace. Guests have access to a 6 seat dining set, 2 sun lounges and a stunning outdoor lounge setting.
Tooronga train station is located a mere 450 metres away. The station is serviced by the Glen Waverley line with a train departing every 15 to 20 minutes and will have you into the Melbourne CBD- Flinders Street Station in only 6 stops & 15 minutes!
The tram and bus routes that operate from directly outside the building include:
624 - Kew to Oakleigh via Caulfield, Carnegie, Darling and Chadstone
72 - Camberwell to Melbourne University
6 - Moreland to Glen Iris (Stop is a 5-minute walk away)

Cancellation policy
Guests who have booked the BEST FLEXIBLE RATE can cancel free of charge up until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of 12:01am of the check in date.
Any cancellation fee can be automatically charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
Please note: This EXCLUDES any NON-REFUNDABLE bookings which are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable.
Any property may at their absolute discretion alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and rate types and advise in writing, the terms and conditions that will apply (e.g. to group bookings or for peak period reservations).
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment of your Accommodation charges is required to be paid within 24 hours to guarantee and finalise your booking. You will receive a secure link via email and SMS to our secure third-party payment gateway, RMS PAY. You will be required to enter a password or code, which will be sent to the mobile device registered with the credit card to authenticate your payment.
2. A security deposit is required for all stays. The security deposit ($150 for 1-6 nights or $500 for a 7-27 night stay) is refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. You will be sent an RMS Pay link 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
Any credit card surcharges paid on security deposits or accommodation are non-refundable.
3. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM - any early arrival requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. Charges apply.
If the apartment is at a self check-in property the access codes will only be released on full payment of the accommodation charges, additional service charges and the security deposit. Please note no staff will be available to issue access codes after 8pm on the day of arrival. If payment has not been made by 8pm the booking will be cancelled and 100% of your booking will be charged as a no show cancellation charge.
4. Car Parking is subject to availability and where the property has a car stacker, subject to the booking and completion of a car stacker induction. A car stacker induction can only be booked once you have arrived at the property.
5. By accepting the keys and/or access to your apartment you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:
*The number of guests in the apartment must not exceed the number of guests included in the tariff.
*Apartments are to be used for quiet residential purposes only. There is a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund. Charges up to $2500 may apply.
*Your booking includes a basic exit clean. If you do not leave the apartment in neat and tidy order, your credit card may be charged with an additional cleaning expense.
*It is the guests responsibility to notify management of any breakages or damages that occur at the property. Money may be deducted from your credit card to cover replacement or repair.
*Guests must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.
*All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking detected in apartments will incur a minimum charge of $350 and may result in eviction without refund.
*Guests must not allow the property to be used for any illegal purposes.
*For all properties, the noise level must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 8am.
*All parking is at your own risk.
*Non-adherence to these terms and conditions will result in you being removed from the property without refund and may result in forfeit of your bond or if a credit card was supplied for security charges may apply.
