Corporate Keys opens its second Manhattan Apartments branded boutique accommodation building in Notting Hill, South-East of Melbourne

29 April 2019  – Corporate Keys Australia, the company behind luxury serviced apartment brands The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan Apartments has successfully completed its second Manhattan Apartments development, with doors officially open at Manhattan Apartments - Notting Hill in Melbourne’s south east.

Situated at 656 Blackburn Road, Manhattan Apartments - Notting Hill is located across the road from Monash University’s Clayton Campus and in the heart of the Monash National Employment and Innovation Cluster. This latest addition offers luxury self-contained boutique apartments in the centre of Melbourne's high-tech community and all just 21 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD.

Corporate Keys Group’s Director of Business Development, Bruno Torres explained that the opening of its second Manhattan Apartments brand was made possible on the back of positive feedback for the first Manhattan Apartments location in Caulfield North.

“After the amazing success of our first Manhattan Apartments branded building which we launched in Caulfield North in September 2018 and on the back of feedback over many years from our corporate clients to expand our unique long and short stay product offering to the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we were approached by a developer who was looking for an organisation to manage their new development on Blackburn Road, Notting Hill.”

“Initial feedback from our clients located in the immediate area was extremely positive with their approval of the size and layouts. The Monash National Employment and Innovation Cluster also has Melbourne’s largest concentration of businesses outside the CBD and currently supports 75,000 jobs across several industries and contributes more than $9.4 billion to the Victorian economy each year, making it an ideal location for Manhattan Apartments second location,” said Mr Torres.
