Delightful stay in a modern and cosy accommodation. Unit opens up to a patio with privacy. Fresh air comes in and can have meal outside. The unit have a washer and dryer so i dont need to bring clothes for a full week. I can also cook breakfast and dinner as it has full kitchen facilities. this saves us a lot on meal expenses.

These apartments have been really nicely done, with big comfortable beds, quality linen and furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very helpful customer service whenever we had any questions or minor issues. A nice temporary home for us for a couple of months after emigrating back to Australia after many years in the UK. Underground parking and weekly cleaning nice extras. There is a tram outside the front door or train station 10 minutes walk away, offering a short ride to the city, and all that Malvern, Armadale and the surrounding suburbs have to offer in the way of nice shops, cafes, restaurants etc just around the corner. I would happily recommend these apartments for either a short holiday stay or longer term.

Overall, we've enjoyed our stay at the flat. The location is awesome, and close to many sightseeing spots. The flat itself is clean, with fully equipped kitchen, as well as washer and dryer. The staff we spoke with in person were lovely and incredibly helpful, especially the person who gave us instructions on how to manage the stacking parking. The company hired to do the cleaning was also very polite and friendly.  The furniture wasn't too tired, as often found in some places; the kitchen appliances and the bathroom were clean. The apartment was big enough for two people without feeling on top of one another. We went for a walk on the beach every day; it was cold, but it was a great walk, and it was easy to buy a coffee on the way. An easy wander down, maybe two minutes max to get there. Easy walk to the pub, IGA supermarket and fast food outlets.

We spent four weeks in Melbourne. The apartments are perfectly located for bus, metro, and tram. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner on Carlisle Street. Not having to worry about keys or coordinating who had them made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks and a great way to unwind in the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and a perfect location to so many amenities. We won't hesitate to book this apartment again if we are lucky enough to revisit St Kilda. So sad to leave after a month in this lovely place!

Perfect place to stay on a trip to Melbourne if you don’t want to be right in the city. Easy, 15-20 min tram ride to the city & Port Melbourne is lovely. The apartment was spacious, clean & very comfortable. The keyless check-in is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.
